Your assessment data is stored in YOUR OneDrive. We use Microsoft Graph API to save your personality assessment results directly to your personal OneDrive account. This means:
- We do not have access to your assessment results
- Your data is protected by Microsoft's enterprise-grade security
- You can view, export, or delete your data at any time
- Your data is subject to your organization's data governance policies
Information We Collect
Assessment Data
When you complete the Big Five personality assessment, your responses and calculated personality scores are stored exclusively in your OneDrive account. We do not store, process, or have access to this data.
Usage Analytics
We collect minimal anonymized usage data to improve the application, including:
- Assessment start events
- Assessment completion events
- Error logs for troubleshooting
This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users or their assessment results.
Microsoft Teams Integration
To function within Microsoft Teams, we require:
- Your basic profile information (name, email) for authentication
- Permission to access your OneDrive for data storage
- Microsoft Teams context (theme, locale) for proper app display
How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Authenticate you within Microsoft Teams
- Enable data storage in your OneDrive
- Improve application performance and user experience
